This is a one on one Martial Arts-based practice focused on the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of Students.

Student-centered, the Youth Development Focus offers a safe space to gain balance, confidence, and self-control.

We apply Martial Arts Training Principles to support individual development in a safe, supportive, and private space. Appointments are available to ages 7 & UP.

Personal Integrity 360 is a 1-on-1 private session tailored to the specific needs of each person. Using Martial Arts principles, participants explore ways to apply functional techniques toward their goals such as Improved Self-Control, Emotional Regulation during Conflict, Physical, Mental, and Emotional Self-Defense, Fitness & Conditioning, and more.

"Bonnie and I joined Catrina’s Ballet Class to get help with our flexibility, balance and reducing pain.

I retired from UW-Madison 22 years ago from the School of Music where I performed with the Wisconsin Brass Quintet as well as solo and trio recitals. We both love all kinds of music, so this class was a delight. I needed to continue strengthening my injured Achilles tendon in my left leg and this class helped me do that- as well as other areas of my body. I was the only male in the class of about 12 which turned out to be fun! Catrina has great sense of humor also.

We were very pleased to hear both classical, ballet, and classy popular music (Beatles) played by an orchestra or a superb pianist from her tablet. Controlled moving to the music was pleasant and effective to practice the 3 goals mentioned above. Catrina teaches to where you are in terms of stretching, bending, moving your arms legs and body."

Bo has a good way with kids. He respects them, communicates well, and is gentle, yet firm. His depth of experience shows in his teaching methodology: any kinks have already been worked out. When he teaches one thing, it later becomes a part of another thing. To his enormous credit, he does not start with explanations but with movement instead. He allows the student to jump into following his movement and later will find out how it fits in to the bigger picture. The student begins to develop muscle memory and then Bo adds another step. In this way, the student doesn’t even realize he or she is learning! There is no harshness, shaming, or disrespect in his style. Bo also keeps the lesson fun and light, while simultaneously maintaining firmness and encouraging the students to keep trying.
